Cog – For playing audio media that itunes doesn’t.

Afloat – Keep windows on top, transparent, overlays, etc.

iStat Menus – Stat display for your menu bar.

Growl – Pop-up system and app notifications. Most apps use this as a framework.

Hardware Growler – Show hardware changes with Growl, such as IP address changes, device connect/disconnect.

Secrets – Preference pane that has a bunch of settings that are hidden or require CLI to flip.
